From M & A actions for the purchase and sale of football clubs, developing policies to increase revenue through talent management with scouting and negotiation actions in the transfer and player training rights, club sports management, sponsorship, events, development of projects or the management of construction projects for football stadiums and sports facilities applying new technologies.

* Legal advice of clubs, federations and sports associations, as well as players and professional athletes in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings related to Sports Law, disciplinary regime, doping and violence in sport, highlighting those related to recruitment, taxation, assignment and transfer of athletes, national and international, legal statutes of sports clubs, as well as advice to companies, sponsors and organizers of sporting events.

* We advise on the legal status of sports associations and proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), Sports Administrative Court (SAC) and the Spanish Committee of Sports Discipline. We render services for the legal technical defense in ordinary, extraordinary procedures and resources on infractions and sanctions in the sports disciplinary regime.
